Joyce Richardson is a past recipient of an Ohio Arts Council award in fiction. She is the author of a novel, On Sunday Creek, and a poetry chapbook, The Reader. Her new chapbook, Sailing Without A Sail, will come out from Pudding House in 2009. She lives with her husband in Athens, Ohio, where they tend fish in a small pond in their front yard.
